Sweet Home Alabama

Just playing with my camera, for some reason I like to take pictures of flowers, they tend to sit still and smile...

Olivia and Jason

Olivia will be 4 years old next month and we find her to be not only smart and cute but loving, caring, sweet and ornery. We love her so much. We can go on a walks around our neighborhood! Although, she has taken to staying in the stroller because she fell and scraped up her knees...poor thing!

I think Jason is color blind or doesn't care that his clothes don't match?!?!

Traveling Nerds

Olivia tends to pull her pajama pants up too high and Jason thought it would be funny to do the same...NERDS! (I secretly think that this is what he will look like in 40 years!!)
After a huge storm that made up pull over and wait it out and then still have to use our flashers at 35 miles per hour we were fortunate enough to get to see a huge rainbow!

Olivia was a real trooper in the car. We drove for 4 days from Arizona to Alabama and stopped for lunches and then stayed in hotels at night, she sang, colored, slept, and watched alot of the Chipmunks Movie!! ('all the single ladies'!!!)

Here is one of the rest stops we stayed at...funny that of course, Jason didn't eat anything bc he doesn't eat cold sandwiches, although I think he had a pb sandwich that day!!!

Great San Antonio Relatives

On our trip from Arizona to Alabama, we went the southern route towards San Antonio. We stopped to visit Jason's Great Uncle Jim Hill, a 4 star general with the United States Air Force and his wife Jeffie. They were so kind to invite us to their home. We chatted and then had dinner. Olivia dubbed them "grandma and grandpa" ! She colored them a picture and then we headed back out on the road towards our final destination, Auburn, Alabama. We had a nice time visiting with them and hope to see them again soon to share some chocolate frozen yogurt!

Trouble in Tombstone

Jason sometimes has trouble following the rules...
so he had to spend time in the local prison....little did he know, his
grin would get him a life sentence...
His life sentence turned into a
conviction for 'jay' walking
and was sentenced to death by hanging...

Once officially declared dead, he was displayed
in his coffin for all to admire... poor guy, I guess he should
have obeyed the signs...RIP Jason Gale Hill...
